At Wijesekara Holdings, customer satisfaction and trust are core to our service promise. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and refund process, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and fairness.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers must notify Wijesekara Holdings within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, seals, and packaging intact.

  • Items returned after the stipulated period will not be accepted

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of items to Wijesekara Holdings. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Proof of postage (with tracking) is mandatory. We are not liable for items lost or damaged en route.

Product Inspection and Replacement

  • Returned items will undergo quality inspection. If the item meets return criteria, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Replacement units may take 5–7 working days to be processed and dispatched.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • A suitable replacement is unavailable (e.g., out of stock or discontinued).

  • The return meets all quality and policy criteria.

  • Refunds exclude delivery or return shipping fees unless the return was due to our error.

Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Actual credit to your bank account or card may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Warranty Returns

  • Defective items must be reported and returned within 30 days for warranty claims.

  • Returns outside the warranty window will not be accepted.

  • All claims are subject to manufacturer terms and assessment.

Change of Mind

  • Please note that “change of mind” returns are not accepted. All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Reporting Damages

  • Physical damages must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If damaged, do not accept the item and contact us immediately.
