Customers must notify Wijesekara Holdings within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, seals, and packaging intact.
Items returned after the stipulated period will not be accepted
Customers are responsible for the safe return of items to Wijesekara Holdings. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Proof of postage (with tracking) is mandatory. We are not liable for items lost or damaged en route.
Returned items will undergo quality inspection. If the item meets return criteria, a replacement will be arranged.
Replacement units may take 5–7 working days to be processed and dispatched.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
A suitable replacement is unavailable (e.g., out of stock or discontinued).
The return meets all quality and policy criteria.
Refunds exclude delivery or return shipping fees unless the return was due to our error.

Defective items must be reported and returned within 30 days for warranty claims.
Returns outside the warranty window will not be accepted.
